Delivery Times and Charges

I will always make every effort to dispatch your order within 2 working days. I do try to keep stock levels up-to-date, but if an item is out of stock, I'll notify you as soon as possible, and give you the option of cancelling your order; waiting until the items you require arrive; or amending your order. I use Royal Mail to dispatch smaller orders and couriers to dispatch orders over 2kg.

Postal Rates

I do not believe in profiting from my customers when it comes to shipping costs. If there's ever an over-charge on your shipping (the quotes on the checkout are estimated) I'll refund the difference. All rates are calculated by standard weight of your item(s)(including packaging), plus £1 for packaging for the entire order, regardless of how many items are in that order (eg if you order 10 trees and the total weight is 1.5kg, then you will pay the current cost of Royal Mail, plus £1 to cover packaging costs). In the unlikely event your order is lost via Royal Mail for order under £39 I can offer a replacement or refund.
