Payment:
Paypal is the simplest and quickest means of sending payment - you do not need a Paypal account and you can pay using most major credit/debit cards - your invoice will have easy-to-follow instructions.
Personal Cheques (from a UK bank account only) should be made payable to Hollylovestoys and if you are a new customer, time should be allowed for clearance (normally 4-5 working days) prior to dispatch. Credit Card payment will be available over the telephone shortly or via World Pay to all customers - the telephone number is 01278 861011.
International Bankers Drafts made out to Hollylovestoys and in GBP are also acceptable.

Cash - Holly and I strongly advice against mailing cash in any circumstances.
Shipping: Shipping is calculated at cost, plus up to a maximum of £1.50 for handling and packaging, regardless of how many items you order - i.e no matter how many items you purchase you will still only pay one handling and packaging charge. The cheapest method of shipping is always chosen for your item, unless you specify otherwise.
I've bought items from Holly's eBay Shop - Can I combine shipping costs? Yes - all items purchased from Holly that are sent in one consignment are eligible for combined shipping costs.
How long before I receive my item(s)? All items are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Generally all items are shipped using Standard Second Class Mail (2-3 days) for UK Buyers and Airmail for Overseas Buyers (7-14 days depending on location). But HollyLovesToys.com does reserve the right to use whatever shipping method is deemed to be the most efficient at the time. (Please note that delivery times do not include bank/public holidays and weekends).
What if I want my item(s) shipped urgently? No problem. Just email Holly at Hollylovestoys@hotmail.co.uk and state your requirements.
What if I require Gift Wrapping and/or Sending to an Alternative Address? No problem. Just email Holly at Hollylovestoys@hotmail.co.uk and state your requirements.
How Will I Know That My Item Has Been Shipped? Holly will email you to confirm that your payment has been received, giving an estimated dispatch date, and you will receive a further email to confirm that your item has been shipped.
What About Insurance? Insurance is included free of charge for purchases up to £30, and is charged at cost for shipments above £30.
What If I Am Unhappy With My Item? HollyLovesToys.com offers a trouble-free returns policy. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase in the first instance you should contact Holly a Hollylovestoys@hotmail.co.uk. Then provided your item is returned with 21 days, in its original condition and packaging, and via the same shipping method as it was received, you will receive a 100% refund less the return shipping costs.
